CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JULY 21, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. anti the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, <br />Bob Szymanski, Mike Mohr and John Sackett (arrived <br />late - prior to Agenda Item 4B) <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Sharon Asti-Caranc:i, Director of Financial Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City C:Lerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was seconded that <br />the Agenda be approved as submitted. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. N[ayor Fauson moved and it was <br />seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted. Unanimous. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Change Order #3 - Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant Project <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />ANNOUNCEMENT/INVITATION - SENIOR'S ICE CREAIK <br />SOCIAL Cathy Bittler, Senior Coordinator, on behalf of the <br />Senior Advisory Councils for Louisville and <br />Lafayette, invited Council to an ice cream social on <br />Wednesday, July 291th at 6:00 p.m. at Memory Square. <br />ORDINANCE #930 - ANNEXATION - RICHMOND PROPERTY - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read ]by title only Ordinance #930, "An <br />Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 2.0 acres <br />located east of Parcel O of the Homart Development, <br />south of Cherry Street, owned by Lynda K. Richmond." <br />Proper publication and notice of public hearing were <br />determined and Mayor Fauson opened the public <br />hearing. <br />1 <br />
