CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of tY <br />Council Chambers, 749 <br />called the meeting to <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: <br />ie City of Louisville meet in Regular Session in the <br />Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett and Mike Mohr <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Councilman Alan Sca.rpella <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA Upon request of staff, Mayor Fauson moved that the <br />Agenda be amended t:o reflect the removal of 4D, 4I <br />and 4J, and the continuation of a public hearing on <br />4H. (Explanation included in text of minutes.) <br />Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was <br />seconded to approves the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted. Unanimc>us. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Change of Officers - American Legion <br />Club Liquor Licen:;e <br />Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Senor Ts <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />GENTLEMAN JIM'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained tYiat Mr. James Hayden, sole owner <br />of Gentleman Jim's Restaurant, is applying for a <br />Restaurant Liquor I~icense for his restaurant located <br />at 330 South McCas:Lin Boulevard in the Centennial <br />Center. Mr. Hayden has submitted to Council <br />petitions to prove the "needs of the neighborhood." <br />Approximately 49 signatures were obtained indicating <br />a favorable intere:at in the granting of this <br />license. Tonight is the public hearing for which <br />notice was published August 26, 1987, and September <br />1 <br />
