ORDINANCE #944 - SPRUCE STREET JOSEPH LTD AND JAMES LEACH ANNEXATION - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #944, "An Ordinance annexing t:o the City of Louisville, Colo- rado, a parcel of property of approximately .175 acres located adjacent to Spruce Lane which is owned by Spruce Street Jo:aeph LTD. and James Leach."
