until Council's December 15, 1987, Meeting. <br />Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #36 - 1987 BUDGET AMENDMENTS - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #36, "A <br />Resolution amending the 1987 Budget by decreasing or <br />increasing revenues and appropriations in the <br />General, Capital Improvement, Cemetery, Conservation <br />Trust, Revenue Sharing, Debt Service, Special <br />Improvement District 86-1, and Water and Wastewater <br />Funds." Publication and notice of public hearing <br />were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Asti-Caranci explained that Resolution #36 will <br />amend the 1987 Budget for all funds. The amendments <br />reflect 1) unanticipated revenues; 2) actual <br />expenditures that a:re exceeding the 1987 budget <br />appropriations; 3) expenditures for 1986 projects <br />that carried over into 1987; 4) transfer of Council <br />Contingency Funds; .and 5) appropriates funds for <br />additional authorized 1987 projects. <br />Szymanski, Chairman of the Finance Committee, stated <br />that the Committee :reviewed the 1987 budget <br />amendments at their November 10th meeting and <br />recommend Council adopt Resolution #36. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any public comments either in <br />favor of or in opposition to Resolution #36. None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called <br />for a motion. <br />Mohr moved that Resolution #36 be adopted. Mayor <br />Fauson seconded. By Roll Call Vote, Resolution #36 <br />was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION #40 - CENTENNIAL #4 - SUBDIVISION AND <br />PUD Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #40, "A <br />Resolution approving a Final PUD and Plat for <br />Centennial 4 Subdivision." <br />Wanush asked permission to address all four <br />resolutions relating to the Centennial Subdivisions <br />and PUD's during they proceedings for this Resolution <br />and then continue with each individual subdivision <br />and PUD answering specific questions and voting on <br />each separate Resolution. <br />Rautenstraus stated that each separate Resolution <br />would have to be voted upon, but that a general <br />presentation during this issue could be made. <br />2 <br />
