Sackett feels that <br />there are still enough questions regarding this <br />particular proposed annexation that he agrees <br />that postponing a decision is wise. <br />Mayor Fauson stated that he does not like to see <br />delays, however, the studies that relate to this <br />proposed annexation, e.g., water study and school <br />study, will play into this request. Therefore, <br />Mayor Fauson feels that there is a general <br />consensus from Council that final decision on this <br />issue should be delayed. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that this hearing for the <br />Warembourg Annexation request be continued to the <br />June 16th City Council Meeting. Mohr seconded and <br />the motion was approved unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #884 - WAREMBOURG <br />ZONING - PUBLIC HEARING <br />Mohr moved that they Public Hearing for this <br />Ordinance be reset for June 16th where it will be <br />held in conjunction with the Warembourg Annexation <br />request. Mayor Fauson called. for a short recess at 9:40 <br />p.m. <br />ORDINANCE #886 - PUBLIC HEARING <br />AMENDMENT TO WATER BOND REFUNDING <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #886, <br />"An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 859, adopted <br />May 21, 1985, of th.e City of Louisville, Colorado, <br />which Ordinance No. 859 authorized the issuance of <br />the City's General Obligation Water Refunding and <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 1985 bonds on December <br />1, 1991, and on any interest payment date <br />thereafter, upon payment of par and accrued <br />interest, without redemption premium; authorizing <br />the reprinting of the series 1985 bonds; providing <br />other details in connection therewith; and <br />declaring an emergency." Proof of publication <br />and notice of Public Hearing were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the Public Hearing. <br />Hundley explained that at the last City Council <br />meeting, Council approved on First Reading <br />Ordinance #886 which would amend the existing <br />Water Bond Ordinance #859 passed in May, 1985. <br />Amending this ordinance would allow the City of <br />Louisville to call in these water bonds at par <br />value in order to refinance them.
