Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #895 - ADOPTION OF UNIFORM <br />CODES - 1ST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #895, <br />"An Ordinance amending Chapter 15 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code by adopting 1985 <br />Editions of the Uniform Building Code, the Uniform <br />Mechanical Code, the Uniform Plumbing Code, and <br />amending ordinances relative to payment of certain <br />building permit an~i license fees within the City <br />of Louisville." Permission is be sought to place <br />the Ordinance out f'or publication and a Public <br />Hearing set for June 16, 1986. <br />Wanush stated that at the Public Hearing the <br />building official, fire marshall and other staff <br />would be available to answer technical questions. <br />Hundley explained that within the Ordinance is a <br />section that would increase slightly the fees to <br />come more closely into compliance with what the <br />code says. Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #896 - ANNEXATION REQUEST - PROUTY, JOSEPH, <br />FIECHTL - 1ST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #896, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 22.27 acres <br />located along what is known as Spruce Lane, in <br />Section 8 which is owned by Spruce Street Joseph, <br />Limited, and Jonathan Prouty. Permission is being <br />sought to place the Ordinance out for publication <br />and a Public Hearing be held June 16, 1986. <br />Wanush explained that Jon Prouty and Spruce Street <br />Joseph Ltd. partnership are the owners of a 22.5 <br />acre parcel of ground currently in the County and <br />zoned Suburban Residential (SR). They have <br />requested annexation to the City with Rural <br />Residential zoning classification. The property <br />is located north anti south of West Spruce Street <br />and generally west of the Goodhue Ditch within the <br />area known as the Spruce Lane neighborhood. <br />10 <br />
