APPOINTMENTS TO THE PARKS AND <br />RECREATION TASK FORCE Mayor Fauson appointed David Stahl, Larry Bailey <br /> , <br />and Pat Seader as Task Force Members at large. <br /> From Ward I, Szymanski and Anderson appointed Bob <br /> Tofte and Phil Paolilli. From Ward II, Carnival <br /> appointed Mike Carruthers. (Mohr was absent and <br /> his appointment will be announced later.) From <br /> Ward III, Thomas Brower and Rick Schenderlein were <br /> appointed by Scarpella and Sackett. (Sackett was <br /> also absent but had submitted his appointment to <br /> the Mayor for announcement.) Letters and a <br /> calendar of meetings, etc. will be sent to these <br /> members and letters of appreciation will be sent <br /> to all applicants. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved that the letters of intent be <br /> put on file for future reference and urged <br /> continued support from all applicants. Proper publication and notice of <br /> public hearing were established. <br /> Mayor Fauson opened. the Public Hearing. <br /> Rautenstraus stated, that the purpose of this <br /> ordinance is to enable the Police Department to <br /> write tickets for violations to the Municipal <br /> Court rather than to the Boulder County Court. <br /> With no public comments, Mayor Fauson closed the <br /> Public Hearing and asked for a motion. <br /> Anderson moved that Ordinance #891 be adopted. <br /> Mayor Fauson seconded.
