Other space may be leased out in
the future. The Planning Commission requested the
Special Review be continued until June 24, 1986.
At that time, the Commission approved the special
review use with the following conditions: 1)
extend the pad to the limits of the leased
railroad property by the end of August; 2) This
approval is for Farmers Insurance Agency only up
to 5 occupants full or part time. All other
occupants will have to obtain a Special Review Use
Permit; 3) the lighted sign be turned off by 6
p.m. every day; and 4) the lease with Burlington
Northern Railroad must be reviewed annually.
Symanski asked if there were more than one agency
involved in this request.
