Rautenstraus will have the
amendments for the second reading.
Mayor Fausan moved that Ordinance #912 be put out
for publication and a public hearing be set for
August 19th, 1986. Anderson seconded. Unanimous.
RESOLUTION #38 - WINDSONG
SUBDIVISION Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #38,
"A Resolution approving a Final Subdivision Plat
and PUD for the Windsong Subdivision."
Wanush explained that Windsong Partnership has
under contract a 1.71 acre parcel of land
currently zoned RL. The property is located along
Jefferson Street with West Street as it's south
boundary and the Enrietto property as the north
boundary. ,Applicant's request is to subdivide the
parcel into nine lots. Planning Commission recom-
mended approval with the condition that all off-
site storm drainage improvements must be completed
prior to any activity on the subdivision that r
would affect adjacent property and/or the filling
of lots #5-9.
Mayor Fausan moved that Resolution #38 be approved
with the condition recommended by Planning
Commission. Szymanski seconded. Unanimous.
ORDINANCE #910 - JEFFERSON STREET & MEAD STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY VACATION -
PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #910,
"An Ordinance vacating Rights-of-way which are
portions of Mead Street and Jefferson Street
within the City of Louisville."
