CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />OCTOBER 21, 1986 REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pro Tem <br />Mohr called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons <br />were present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, <br />Randy Carnival and Mayor Herm Fauson <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: <br />Absent: <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA <br />' -:'APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Pam Ferris City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />John Sackett, Councilman <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Mayor Pro Tem Mohr asked for any changes to the <br />Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda <br />be approved as submitted. Anderson seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Mohr asked if there were changes to <br />the Consent Calendar. Ferris stated that the date <br />of the Special Election was typed incorrectly and <br />the correction would be made. Mayor Fauson moved <br />that the Consent Calendar be approved as amended. <br />Szymanski seconded. Unanimous. <br />A. Approval of Minutes <br />B. Approval of Bills <br />C. Approval of Liquor <br />Barts Restaurant & <br />License Renewals for <br />Bungalow Liquors <br />(Mayor Fauson explained that Mayor Pro Tem Mohr would be conducting the <br />meeting this evening. Mayor Fauson had just returned from vacation and had <br />not had time to prepare for the meeting.) <br />PROCLAMATION - CRIME <br />PREVENTION MONTH Mayor Fauson read the proclamation declaring <br />October as Crime Prevention Month. Officer Jim <br />Phillips encourage the community to become the <br />"eyes and ears" for the protection agency to <br />eliminate crime in the City of Louisville. <br />1 <br />
