"You want to go
after those kinds of excess with a surgeon's
scalpel and not with a chain saw and think that's
pretty much what Amendment #4 is proposing to do.
I support this resolution for that reason." Mohr
feels that this type of action ties the hands of
elected officials because you don't have
confidence in them.
Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #52 be adopted.
Mayor Pro Tem Mohr seconded. Unanimous.
WORK SESSION Hundley reminded Council of Work Session scheduled
for October 30, 1986.
` PUBLIC COMMENTS None.
COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE
REPORTS Mayor Fauson thanked Mayor Pro Tem Mohr for taking
over the meeting.
Carnival thanked everyone for their support in the
Youth Sports Activity Calendar.
Mayor Pro Tem Mohr thanked the Mayor for allowing him
the experience of running a meeting.
ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Pro Tem Mohr moved
that the meeting be adjourned. Mayor Fauson
seconded. The meeting was unanimously adjourned
at 9:20 p.m.
11
