Mohr felt that <br />this would create different types of job, <br />ultimately employing 1500 people and regardless of <br />whether or not they live in Louisville, they will <br />certainly spend money in Louisville. <br />Szymanski stated that this is a tremendous benefit <br />to the City of Louisville and is happy that they <br />chose Louisville to locate in. Szymanski is <br />equally happy that this all worked out under <br />Agricultural zoning. <br />Szymanski asked Wanush how much of this property <br />"is within the so called 1,500 ft. buffer?" <br />Wanush stated that all of it is. Szymanski asked <br />if the strict 1,500 ft. buffer were adhered to, <br />this project could not come about? Wanush stated <br />that this was correct. Szymanski asked about <br />providing water and sewer services and the <br />difficulty of providing them. Hundley stated that <br />at the time of the development, which is unknown <br />at this point, the commitment in the annexation <br />agreement is that the City and the Health Park <br />will work together to get the services provided. <br />Until the time of the PUD, Hundley stated, it is <br />uncertain as to what portions of the center would <br />be taxed or tax exempt from property tax. <br />However, there would be sales tax generated by the <br />project and there would be the spin-offs that are <br />normally associated on a 3-1 basis for a facility <br />like this -- 3 jobs are created for every 1 basic <br />job that a hospital would create. <br />Carnival stated that: "with proper attitude we can <br />attract business to the City of Louisville and I <br />appreciate being a part of that positive attitude <br />and a group that projects that." <br />4 <br />
