CITY OF LOUISVILLE DECEMBER 2, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services August Hioco, Director of Community Services Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as amended. Anderson seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked if there were changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of Bills APPROVAL OF AUSTIN PROPERTY LEASE WITH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Hundley explained that the final lease agreement between the City of Louisville and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce for the Austin Property was reviewed by both parties and reflects a consensus on both parts. It details a monthly rental rate of $415 per month and staff recommends approval. The lease payments will begin when a Certificate of Occupancy is issued after the improvements have been made by the Chamber. The Chamber hopes to move into the building by February 1, 1987. Mayor Fauson moved that the lease agreement for the Austin Property with the Chamber of Commerce be approved. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. 1
