Voice vote. Motion passed 4 -0. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Ewy made a motion to approve the December 16, 2015 minutes and Stuart seconded a <br />motion. DeJong and Campbell abstain. Voice vote. Motion passes 4 -0. <br />Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda: <br />None. <br />Regular Business <br />➢ 175 Lois Drive — Variance Request — A request for a variance from Section <br />17.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) for relief from rear setback and <br />maximum lot coverage requirements to allow additions to the front porch, rear deck, <br />and second story.
