Motion passed by a 5 - 1 vote with Mayer <br />voting against and Hedding absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3, SERIES 1994 - APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR STATE FARM MUTUALAUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />Sisk asked to be excused from consideration of this issue, as he is <br />involved in litigation wherein State Farm is representing one of <br />the defendants. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Sisk. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, explained that the development is <br />proposed for Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park, <br />Filing No. 1, which is zoned PCZD-C6mmercial. This is located at <br />the northwest corner of McCaslin Boulevard and Centennial Parkway. <br />It is in alignment with Cherry Street. The final PUD Development <br />Plan is for the construction of a one-story, 16', 18,275 s.f. <br />insurance service center. It would house 98 employees in 15,600 <br />s.f. of the total area. Adjacent to and attached to the north end <br />of the building would be a 2,600 s.f. inspection area. The <br />building would be of brick construction. All mechanical equipment <br />would be located at one central locatioh on finished grade, <br />screened from view with a 5' brick wall enclosure. The project <br />exceeds the parking requirement and meets the Centennial Valley <br />Office Park design Guidelines with regard to landscaping and <br />building coverage. The Gateway Retail Design Guidelines are not <br />applicable.
