SENATE BILL 91-33 - OPEN MEETINGS - DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC PLACE OR PLACES FOR POSTING NOTICES OF PUBLIC MEETINGS Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that State law requires that each year the Council designate the public place for posting meeting notices of the City. Sis~k moved that Council designate the glassed in bulletin board on the south wall in the entryway at City Hall. Seconded by Howard. All. in favor with Hedding being absent. ZU~ITIS ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 1126, SERIES 1993 - ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVITWm, COLORADO, THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 601 JOHNSON STREET - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING Davidson opened the public hearing and called for staff's presentation. Wood stated that at the December 21, 1993, Council meeting, Council directed the applicant to either proceed with the public hearing on January 4, 1994, or withdraw the request and restart the process without fees. Staff received a letter (SEE ATTACHED) January 3, 19~.4, from Mr. Zukaitis, applicant, requesting withdrawal of the current proceedings at this point. Staff recommended that Council not approve Ordinance No. 1126 and 1127, Series 1993. Jim Leach, Wonderland Development, 745 Poplar, Boulder, Colorado, stated that they are working with a neighborhood group to develop a plan for that site, which would include the Zukaitis property. Davidson called for anyone else in the audience wishing to speak on Ord!inance No. 1126. NONCE Davidson closed the public hearing. 3
