Mayor Meier moved that the Consent <br />Agenda be approved as amended. Luce sec onded and <br />the mot ion was pas sed unanimously. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS Bill Staton, 2396 McKinley Avenue, addressed <br />Council with regard to work in the area adjacent <br />to the Keith Helart Park. Ken Huson responded to <br />this inquiry stating that the work is being done <br />to improve the drainage in the Hunter's Ridge <br />Subdivision by creating a regional detention pond <br />in this area. There is a ground water problem in <br />some parts of this area and this project will help <br />somewhat and will in no way increase the ground <br />water problems. The depth will not be more that <br />10 feet and will probably be only 7 - 8 feet in <br />depth. <br />Denise Stout, 682 W. Juniper Court, Louisville <br />Representative for the Citizen's Advisory Board on <br />Criminal Justice;poke briefly. On May 9th, the <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee will be meeting in <br />the Louisville Council Chambers. The topic will <br />be presented by tt~e Sexual Abuse Team from Boulder <br />County.
