and Meier will be attending the dinner on <br />Wednesday, August 21st. <br />Johnson asked if any deterrent could be placed in <br />front the of the community mai 1 boxes in Windmi 11 <br />Point as people have been driving up on the <br />sidewalk to get their mail. Hundley responded <br />that he had published a notice in the paper <br />warning people that this practice is unlawful. <br />Morris asked than an effort be made to inf luence <br />the Postal Servic:e into changing their policy of <br />requiring clustered mail boxes. Hundley will <br />contact CML and look further into the issue. <br />Letters on several subdivision entrance signs are <br />missing. Johnson asked staff to check into <br />replacing them. <br />Johnson also asked if the Hunter's Ridge sign on <br />the curve of McCaslin and Cherry could be moved as <br />it obstructs the view of oncoming traffic. <br />There is a traffic signal being installed at <br />Highway 42 and Paine sometime within the next few <br />weeks and Johnson commented that workers are <br />obstructing the view. <br />Cussen asked that there be a follow-up of the <br />weeds on Vic Caranci's property off of South <br />Boulder Road. <br />Hundley announced that the Harper Lake Water Turn- <br />on Ceremony would begin Saturday at 1:30 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Meier moved that <br />the meeting be adljourned. The motion was seconded <br />and approved unar,~imously at 9:45 p.m. <br />7 <br />
