Cussen seconded. Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #864, "An Ordinance vacsating a right-of-way located south of Bella Vista and north of Aspen Way." Proper publication was determined. Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing. Wanush described the right-of-way to be vacated by the ordinance. The vacation is neces~ti.°-v to provide additional lot area for the anne -.ion request in the same area. Staff reviewe vacation and has no problem with the ordir:.:.zce. The Planning Commission recommended approval at their August 13, 1985, meeting. David Wilson, 36 I,arkwood Ct., Boulder, outlined for Council the request for vacation, annexation and zoning that is being requested for this property. Mayor Meier asked for public comments in favor or in opposition to this ordinance. None. Mayor Meier closed the Public Hearing and asked for a motion. Cussen moved that Ordinance #864 be approved. Johnson seconded. Ordinance #864 was approved unanimously. ORDINANCE #865 - WILSON ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #865, "An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado a parcel of approximately .73 acres located between Bella Vista Drive and Aspen Way, which is owned by David Wilson." Proper publication was determined. Wanush described the .7343 acres proposed for annexation as having an RL zoning. The property is located between Bella Vista Drive and Aspen Way. If annexation is approved, applicant will submit subdivision application for four lots. Planning Commission approved the proposal without conditions.
