Cussen seconded. <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #864, <br />"An Ordinance vacsating a right-of-way located <br />south of Bella Vista and north of Aspen Way." <br />Proper publication was determined. <br />Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing. <br />Wanush described the right-of-way to be vacated by <br />the ordinance. The vacation is neces~ti.°-v to <br />provide additional lot area for the anne -.ion <br />request in the same area. Staff reviewe <br />vacation and has no problem with the ordir:.:.zce. <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval at <br />their August 13, 1985, meeting. <br />David Wilson, 36 I,arkwood Ct., Boulder, outlined <br />for Council the request for vacation, annexation <br />and zoning that is being requested for this <br />property. <br />Mayor Meier asked for public comments in favor or <br />in opposition to this ordinance. None. Mayor <br />Meier closed the Public Hearing and asked for a <br />motion. <br />Cussen moved that Ordinance #864 be approved. <br />Johnson seconded. Ordinance #864 was approved <br />unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #865 - WILSON ANNEXATION <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #865, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado a parcel of approximately .73 acres <br />located between Bella Vista Drive and Aspen Way, <br />which is owned by David Wilson." Proper <br />publication was determined. <br />Wanush described the .7343 acres proposed for <br />annexation as having an RL zoning. The property <br />is located between Bella Vista Drive and Aspen <br />Way. If annexation is approved, applicant will <br />submit subdivision application for four lots. <br />Planning Commission approved the proposal without <br />conditions. <br />Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />for comments in favor or in opposition to <br />4 <br />
