If recommended by <br />Council, the Planning Commission and staff would <br />review an appropriate zoning category. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Council refer the <br />Martinez/Richmond annexation request to the <br />Planning Commission. Cussen seconded. Unanimous. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS Johnson asked if the Para Course had been designed <br />as the Hammer Run. Hioco responded that a sign had <br />been placed at the beginning of the course on <br />Bella Vista and maps were being printed and would <br />be available soon. A dedication is being planned <br />sometime in the next few weeks. <br />Johnson asked where Pulte was building. Staff <br />explained that they were building in a McStain <br />subdivision near Polk and Pine Streets. <br />Leary asked when the meeting was set between City <br />Staff and STC. Rautenstraus confirmed that the <br />meeting was set for Thursday, November 19th. <br />Mayor Meier moved that with no further business <br />the meeting be adjourned. Cussen seconded.
