THE FOLLOw'I~G :ARE LHE .~~IE`;DED ~:~D .1DOPTED <br />`2I~+UTES TO THE <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 17, 1985 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: John Leary, Herm Fauson, Rick Luce, Mike Cussen, <br />Susan Morris (arrived late), <br />Betty Johnson (arrived late) <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Fermis, City Clerk <br />Absent: William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Meier asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />Hundley asked that under "Other Business" two be <br />placed: 1) City's Current Financial Position and <br />2)Employee Year-End Bonus. Mayor Meier asked that <br />a Proclamation be added as Item VA-1. Mayor Meier <br />moved that the Agenda be approved as amended. <br />Fauson seconded. Unanimous. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Meier asked for any items to be pulled from <br />the Consent Calendar and placed under Regular <br />Business. None. Mayor Meier moved that the <br />Consent Calendar be approved. Luce seconded. <br />Unanimous. (See attached sheet for Consent <br />Calendar Items) <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS Margaret Hornbostel, 655 W. Hawthorne, stated a <br />concern aver the height of the proposed entry <br />feature to the Homart Development with regard to <br />Public Notice for public comments. Wanush <br />explained the process and the City's sign code. <br />Bill VanOrman, 1478 Franklin Court, submitted a <br />statement regarding the efforts of this Council. <br />Mr. Van Orman also read and submitted a letter to <br />1 <br />
