Rautenstraus assured <br />Mr. VanOrman that the matter would be turned over <br />to the Prosecuting Attorney and a statement would <br />be submitted in 7-10 days. <br />RESOLUTION #34 - AMERICAN <br />LEGION SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />This item has been postponed twice pending a firm <br />agreement for the provision of parking for the <br />American Legion Special Review Use. Gene <br />Rastberger, Commander for the American Legion, <br />stated that he was unable to obtain a written <br />agreement for parking provisions. <br />Luce moved that Resolution #34 - Special Review <br />Use for the American Legion be denied. Mayor <br />Meier seconded. Unanimous. <br />PROCLAMATION - DRUNK AND DRUGGED <br />DRIVING AWARENESS WEEK <br />Mayor Meier read a proclamation signed by Richard <br />D. Lamm, Governor of Colorado proclaiming December <br />15-21, 1985, as Drunk and Drugged Driving <br />Awareness Week. <br />RESOLUTION #37 - CYBERMEDIC <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #37, <br />"A Resolution Agreeing to Issue Industrial <br />Development Revenue Bonds to Finance A <br />Manufacturing Facility for Cybermedic, Inc." <br />Mayor Meier open the Public Hearing. <br />Hundley stated that he has discussed with Lockett <br />Wood and Arlin Lehman of Cybermedic the possible <br />expansion in Louisville. In order to expand their <br />operations, Cybermedic is requesting that the City <br />of Louisville issue Industrial Revenue Bonds in <br />the maximum principal amount of $5,000,000 for <br />this expansion. <br />Mayor Meier called for public comments in favor of <br />or in opposition to Resolution #37. None. Mayor <br />Meier closed the Public Hearing. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #37 be adopted. <br />Cussen seconded. Unanimous. <br />MCSTAIN MASTER PLAN <br />AMENDMENT A Final Public Hearing was held on December 10, <br />1985, before the Planning Commission.
