OT~.'~R REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any other business arising after preparation of <br />thE: Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY ' S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COt~CIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Howard spoke with the Senior Board who wanted to know when the <br />Council was going to have the pancake breakfast or a ice cream <br />social. He felt their preference was an ice cream social. Also, <br />the Seniors wanted to know if their area of the Recreation Center <br />could be moved to the back, near the door. <br /> <br />Davidson asked Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director to look <br />into that. <br /> <br />Mayer appreciated the condolences he had received after the death <br />of his father. <br /> <br />Lathrop stated that the 96th Street committee had met with <br />Centennial Engineering the first of last week and it appears they <br />can get under the railroad. He commented that they would get some <br />preliminary numbers and possibly some sketches to Council soon. <br />They have been keeping the Boulder County Transportation Coalition <br />informed of all information concerning this. <br /> <br />Sisk reminded the audience of the Ward I meeting March 17, 1994, <br />7:00 p.m. at the Louisville Recreation Center. <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk, asked Council if they would attend the <br />debate of all 2nd Congressional candidates at the Louisville <br />Recreation Center on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the first Tri-City Mayor's Meeting was held <br />and they mainly discussed the Northwest Parkway Agreement. All <br />three Mayors are in general agreement to extend the parkway. The <br />Mayors of Broomfield and Lafayette were supportive of renewing the <br />Land Use Agreements. They are discussing extending the Agreement <br />somewhere between 15 and 25 years. The Mayors, along with their <br />Planning Directors, will be meeting in April to discuss any issues <br />that the Planning Directors may have. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
