All in favor. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18, SERIES 2016 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN TO ALLOW FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO- STORY, 59,629 SF MULTI - TENANT OFFICE /FLEX <br />TECH SPACE FOR LOTS 3 & 4, CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK <br />Mayor Muckle called for a staff presentation. <br />Planner II Robinson noted Resolution No. 18, Series 2016 is a request to approve a <br />final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the construction of a two story, <br />59,629 SF multi- tenant office /flex tech space for Lots 3 &4, Block 3, Centennial Valley <br />Business Park - 168 Centennial Pkwy. <br />•Located in Centennial Valley <br />•Property zoned Planned Community Zone District — Commercial (PCZDC) <br />•Required to follow CDDSG <br />•59,269 SF office /flex space <br />•66% lot coverage, 34% landscaping <br />•Two access points <br />•239 parking spaces <br />•1 story on the front <br />•2 stories on the back <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 18, Series 2016, with the following conditions: <br />1.
