He encouraged Council to visit EFI.

Lathrop felt the concerns now were parking, general appearance of
the facility and surrounding area, and the off-site effects of the
operations. He stated that there is no way to make an industrial
and residential compatible when they are next to each other, but
they could coexist. He wanted to revisit this issue in six months
and see how they are coexisting.

Mayer was curious how they would handle traffic flow when Hwy. 42
becomes four-lane some day.

Evans stated that it is so far in the future that they haven't
taken it into consideration. They have looked at ingress and
egress through Cannon Street, which requires dedication of space on
the site sufficient to turn around large trucks.

Mayer wanted the ADA requirements met.
homes and felt EFI should also.

He wanted to visit the

10
