Davidson wondered if in an Industrially zoned area, is installing <br />a press a use-by-right. <br /> <br />Wood stated that it would be an accessory to the primary operations <br />and would be a use-by-right. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that they are proposing a use that is allowed by <br />the zoning, they want to be a good neighbor, they have 99 <br />employees, and the City does not have a right to disapprove their <br />continuing use of the explosive fabrication process as they have <br />been there for 20 years. He hoped there was a way to mitigate this <br />by EFI visiting the neighboring homes to understand the problems <br />better. <br /> <br />Davidson called for further Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 25, <br />with the conditions attached, No. 1 - 8 inclusive. <br />Howard. <br /> <br />Series 1994, <br /> Seconded by <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he has directed staff to look at the area east <br />of the railroad tracks, north of Pine Street, and south of South <br />Boulder Road for compliance with City Codes. <br /> <br />Lathrop offered a friendly amendment that this issue be re-reviewed <br />in October for information and updates. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the amendment was not needed. <br />be added to the Agenda in October. <br /> <br />It would just <br /> <br />Wood stated that he can incorporate the eight items into the <br />Resolution. The furnace had been eliminated, so he did not put it <br />into the Resolution. Some of the items have already been taken <br />care of in the PUD. <br /> <br />Sisk: So, you're satisfied with 1 - 5 <br /> inclusive, then? <br /> <br />Wood: Yes, Sir. <br /> <br />Sisk: <br /> <br />And that all the other conditions of <br />the Planning Commission have been <br />met? <br /> <br />Wood: <br /> <br />They have been met on the revised <br />PUD. <br /> <br />Sisk amended his motion to "1-5 inclusive." Howard accepted that. <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
