Any signs found to be in the City's right-of-way will be confiscated and placed on <br />display for embarrassment. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the Franklin, Colorado Municipal Bond Fund had added two issues of <br />Louisville's bonds to their Colorado portfolio.
