All in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 31, SERIES 1994 - POLICY - NO LIGHTING SHALL <br /> BE INSTALLED AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL PARK <br />APPROVAL OF STREET CLOSURE - PIKES PEAK LANE <br />APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT TO ARTS AND HUMANITIES COUNCIL (SONIA <br />VAZQUEZ HAYES) <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PROCURE BIDS - MAINTENANCE VEHICLES <br />AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD 1994 PAVEMENT MARKING CONTRACT <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments on items not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Keany reminded Mayor, Council, and the citizens of Louisville that this coming Saturday was the <br />Taste of Louisville. <br /> <br />Lathrop commemed that advertisement signs placed in the City's right-of'way is not allowed and will <br />not be tolerated. Any signs found to be in the City's right-of-way will be confiscated and placed on <br />display for embarrassment. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the Franklin, Colorado Municipal Bond Fund had added two issues of <br />Louisville's bonds to their Colorado portfolio.
