City of Louisville Employee Survey <br /> July 2008 <br /> Employee Fit and Values <br /> Evaluations of each of the eight items that encompassed the "employee fit and values" factor were <br /> positive. Overall, the average rating for this dimension was 80,halfway between "somewhat" and <br /> "strongly"agree, and which was the highest rated factor out of the 12. <br /> Most employees at least"somewhat" agreed with all aspects of employee fit and values. All <br /> employees believed that they had the right skills and abilities for doing their job, and that they were <br /> the right type of person for their type of work (100%and 99% agreed, respectively); 7 in 10 or more <br /> of respondents "strongly" agreed with each of these two statements. Nearly all respondents (95%) <br /> felt that their personality was a good match for their job.
