Call to Order 7:02 pm <br />II. Roll Call: Board Members: Ellen Toon, Mark Newland, Billy <br />O'Donnell, Keaton Howe, Michael Frontczak, K. English Hopkins <br />City Liaison: Dean Johnson, Council Member present: Susan Loo <br />III. Approval of Agenda and Approval of Minutes <br />IV. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: Crystal <br />Masterson, a Louisville resident, who backs up to the Dutch <br />Creek Open Space (aka Elephant Park), noticed spraying of <br />Roundup in the sand playground. She requested the City to stop <br />the practice of spraying Roundup in all sand pits and parks. <br />Dean Johnson reports that a follow up with the staff parks <br />member who sprayed had placed yellow flags to warn residents. <br />Crystal reports representing the website 80027 that many <br />residents are concerned about the use of pesticides/ <br />insecticides.
