Seconded Keany.

Mayer assumed Howard was including the amendment as provided by the City Attorney.

Howard agreed, as did seconder Keany.

Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Sisk being absent.

RESOLUTION NO. 45, SERIES 1994 - FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT - MOSSONI
SUBDIVISION

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant, Norman J. Mossoni, residing at 841
Jefferson Avenue, was requesting a replat of a portion of Jefferson Place Subdivision. The replat
creates a property line separating two existing single family dwelling units which are located on the
same ownership lot. Proposed Lot 1 is 7,112 s.f. and Lot 2 is 4,079 s.f.

Davidson called for the applicant's presentation.

NONE

Davidson called for Council questions and comments.

Howard wondered if this would meet all of the constraints of the zoning that is on this property.

Wood stated that construction of any expansion or additional structures would fall under the RL
requirements. A driveway or flatwork would not be subject to any zoning requirements.

Davidson called for any other comments.

NONE

Keany moved that Council approve Resolution No. 45, Series 1994, for the Mossoni Place
Subdivision. Seconded by Lathrop. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Sisk
being absent.

DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REPLAT AND PUD
DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT - OLSON SUBDIVISION

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that Larry Lynch is looking at the Olson Subdivision (5 acres)
for the development of a self storage/document storage/RV and Boat storage facility with on-site
management.
