It would <br />have more glazing, and include areas of metal siding. It would also have a patio area for <br />outdoor seating. <br />Residential <br />The proposed residential structures pull in design features of many of the other <br />residential structures being built in North End. They would be two and a half stories, with <br />two stories of residential units on top of a parking podium half below grade. The angled <br />roof forms would echo the butterfly roofs on the residential structures under construction <br />on the north side of Hecla Way. The materials would include cementitious panels, lap <br />siding, stucco, and stone elements at the base and entrances. Balconies and varied <br />window patterns also contribute to the visual interest of the buildings. <br />9 <br />
