Howard offered a friendly amendment that bushes be moved. <br /> <br />Sisk accept the friendly amendment, as did seconder, Mayer. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney: <br /> <br />Condition No. 4 from the Planning Commission <br />Resolution was revised by the Planning Commission. <br />Is your motion to adopt the conditions as revised by <br />the Planning Commission? <br /> <br />Sisk asked that that be clarified. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the applicant has complied. The set back was not revised. The building material <br />of the enclosure was revised. <br /> <br />Sisk was satisfied. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Levihn being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48, SERIES 1994 - ISSUING AN ORDER EXTENDING THE TIME <br />FOR REVIEW OF CABLE RATES <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, commented that the purpose of this Resolution is to extend the time <br />the city has to review a rate filing of up to 90 days and sets a public hearing on the rate filing for <br />October 18, 1994 and 7:00 p.m. at Louisville's City Hall. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council accept Resolution No. 48, Series 1994, issuing a order extending the <br />time for review of cable rates and set a public hearing for October 18, 1994. Seconded by Keany. <br />All in favor with Levihn being absent. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL/CITY COMPUTER EMAIL ACCESS <br /> <br />Lathrop was not at the Finance Committee meeting at which this was discussed. He wanted <br />information as to the cost of installation of the Email system and the rational behind the Email system. <br /> <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer, stated that the cost and time involved was minimal. He <br />commented that some Councilmembers had asked for access to the city's Email system to send <br />messages to the City Administrator. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve the City Council/City computer Email access.
