After further <br />discussion among the Board, the Board voted to continue the request to the September meeting <br />for further discussion and another vote. <br />OVERVIEW: <br />Request for variance from standards of Old Town Overlay Zone District to build an addition to <br />the existing house at 940 Caledonia Street. Staff <br />went through the criteria at the last meeting. In the Staff Report, Staff found all six criteria have <br />been met and recommends approval. <br />Applicant Presentation: None. <br />Public Comment: None. <br />Closed Public Hearing and discussion by Commission: <br />Ewy makes motion to close public comment and move to Board discussion, seconded by <br />Stuart. Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />
