Call to order: Commission Chair Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />II. Roll call: <br />Commission Members Present: Dan Mellish, Gordon Madonna, Betty Scarpella, Paula <br />Elrod, Julie VanLaanen, and Jon Ferris <br />Commission Members Absent: None <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Beth Barrett, Director of Library and Museum Services <br />Jay Keany, City Council liaison <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved agenda <br />IV. Public comments: None <br />V. Approval of four sets of attached minutes for: July 6th regular meeting; Aug. 3rd special <br />meeting; Aug. 3 joint meeting with Historic Preservation Commission (HPC); and Aug. <br />25th subcommittee meeting: All minutes were approved <br />VI. Museum Coordinator's Report <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: The Commission voted to accept the <br />following 6 donations: <br />1. Gordon Madonna — items relating to his father, Anthony "Joe" <br />Madonna, including photos showing the opening of the McCaslin <br />Interchange in 1962, street paving and water studies, and blueprints for <br />the Colacci's building at 816 Main, Boulder County plat book, plus <br />additional items, including two menus from Colacci's. <br />1 <br />
