LSVL. TIMES 10/22/94) <br /> <br /> Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1169, Series 1994, "An ordinance amending fee <br /> requirements pertaining to water service and Capital improvements to assist in meeting growth related <br /> needs of the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, acting City Administrator, stated that the Service Expansion Fees will be <br /> increased 4°A, fi.om the present level 0£$2.50 to $2.60/s.f. and the Water Tap Fee for both residential <br /> and non-residential will also be increased by 4%.
