APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

Davidson called for any further changes to the Consent Agenda.

NONE

Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Seconded by Sisk. All in
favor.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES (10/28/94 AND 10/4/94)

PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA

Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, spoke representing the Karney
Neighborhood Association, wished to preserve land that is currently owned by the Archdiocese of
Denver, located between South Street and Short, west of Lincoln. They wanted this land to be
considered for parks and open space. There is a developer that has an option on the land now. He
stated that the Trust for Public Lands had made a purchase offer on the property, which the
Archdiocese is considering.

Jim Leach, 500 Northstar Court, Louisville, Colorado, president of Wonderland Hill Development
Company and the developer mentioned by Mr. Stewart, stated that they would be meeting to discuss
this property as a development to get neighborhood input. He stated that they would be willing to
step aside if they knew the city really wanted to buy that property for a park. He invited Council to
the meeting.

Ted Krichels, 1041 Lincoln, Louisville, Colorado, supported Mr. Stewart's comments. He was
concerned that the progress of the Open Space Task Force would be so slow that they would not be
able to take advantage of making this property a park.

COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS
NOT ON THE AGENDA

NONE

REGULAR BUSINESS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayer moved that Council go into executive session to consult with the attorney with respect to
pending litigation regarding water right transfers. Seconded by Sisk.
