Call to Order: Chairman Ken Gambon called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />2. Roll Call: Taken by Ken Gambon and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Ken Gambon, Perry Nelson, Sandy Stewart, Lisa Norgard, <br />Cory Nickerson, and Michele Van Pelt <br />Board Members Absent: None <br />Council Members Present: Dennis Maloney <br />Staff Members Present: Joe Stevens, David Baril, Ginger Cross, and David Dean <br />Public: Steve Lembke <br />3. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was unanimously approved. Sandy Stewart <br />proposed, Lisa Norgard seconded. <br />4. Approval of Meeting Minutes: The September 19, 2016 Minutes were unanimously <br />approved. Lisa Norgard proposed, Perry Nelson seconded. <br />5. Public comments: None <br />6. Staff Updates: <br />a) Course Outstanding Issues — No issues. David is focusing on getting the course <br />prepared for winter. Fungicide will be applied to the greens this week. Traps are <br />in place on #11 and #14 ponds to remove the muskrat(s) <br />b) Update on Food & Beverage Operation and Upcoming Plans — Steve Lembke <br />reported that he has had a good year so far although he is still nervous about <br />business through the winter. He asked for support in encouraging outside parties <br />to hold events at the Sweet Spot. Every Friday, entertainment is scheduled along <br />with the prime rib dinner. He has booked 5 catering events off-site (for example at <br />The Gatehouse) in the next few months for parties of around 50. He has a <br />"standard" catering menu but has created custom menus for specific events.
