LONGMONT <br />14.04.180. - System development fees—Separate services. <br />Each and every water service shall be separately metered, and the system development fee shall be <br />charged according to schedules by customer user classification as set forth in section 14.04.160. At <br />Vance Brand Municipal Airport, notwithstanding that system development fees are charged by master <br />meter under subsection 14.04.160.A.6, charges for consumption under section 14.04.100 and for <br />monthly service under section 14.04.120 shall be assessed based on separate meters for each and every <br />water service. <br />BROOMFIELD <br />13-06-010 - Requirements for water taps and service connection. <br />(A) No water tap may be made unless all of the following conditions are met, except for temporary <br />connections pursuant to chapter 13-16, B.M.C.: <br />(1) The lot, tract, or parcel of land to be served must be properly platted and the plat therefor must be <br />approved and recorded pursuant to title 16 of this code, if such platting is required by such title. <br />(2) A distribution main providing sufficient pressure and volumes as determined by the public works <br />department must be in place, ready to provide service, and approved for tapping by the public works <br />department. <br />(3) All fees for the water tap have been paid. <br />(B) No service connection may be made unless all of the conditions for a water tap and the following <br />additional conditions are met: <br />(1) There must be a valid water license for the service connection. <br />(2) All fees for the water meter and the water license have been paid. <br />
