Seconded <br />by Lathrop. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Sisk being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70, SERIES 1994 - APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT FOR A <br />TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING, LOT 8, FOR ALVENUS PARK SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />Peter Kernkamp, Acting Planning Director, stated that one of the prospective tenants of the office <br />building has had to give up his office at his current location and the new office building would not be <br />ready in time for him to take occupancy. Two modular offices are proposed on Lot 8, which fronts <br />onto Plaza Drive. Staff recommended that temporary use terminate 30 days after issuance of a C.O. <br />on the office building on Lot 1 or July 1, 1995, whichever occurs first. There was also a condition <br />that the site be restored and the temporary office building be removed after temporary use was <br />concluded. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Brooks, 240 Mohawk Drive, Boulder, Colorado, stated that after the temporary use was <br />concluded, they may convert a portion of the site into their regular construction office. <br /> <br />Mayer felt temporary uses should be made into a formal policy. <br /> <br />Brooks asked that a clear, concrete ordinance be developed for staffto follow. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 70, Series 1994, a temporary use permit for Lot <br />8, Alvenus Park Subdivision.
