City <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1 882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 19, 2016 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Haley called the meeting to order at 6:32 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lynda Haley <br />Mike Koertje <br />Peter Stewart <br />Debbie Fahey <br />Jessica Fasick <br />Cyndi Thomas <br />Chuck Thomas <br />Lauren Trice, Planner II <br />Susie Bye, Planning Clerk <br />Approval of Agenda: <br />Stewart made a motion to approve the December 19, 2016 agenda, seconded by Fahey. <br />Agenda approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes: <br />Fahey made a motion to approve the November 21, 2016 minutes, seconded by Cyndi <br />Thomas. The minutes were approved as written by voice vote. <br />Public Comments: None <br />Probable Cause Determination — 625 Grant Avenue.
