Mayer spoke in support of Mr. Dotson. <br /> <br />Davison commented that all ten of the candidates were well <br />qualified and his personal decision was difficult. He stated that <br />he would be more than happy to serve with any of the three people <br />nominated and seeing that Council was at so much of a loggerhead, <br />he would be willing to change his vote to Mr. Hedding. <br /> <br />Lathrop concurred that all were good candidates. <br />support of Mr. Hedding. <br /> <br />He spoke in <br /> <br />Howard stated that considering that the ex-Councilman from Ward III <br />and the current Councilman from Ward III would like to have Mr. <br />Hedding, he would be willing to change his vote to support Larry <br />Hedding. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that he had no problems with the candidates selected <br />and that he would be willing, at this point, to support Mr. <br />Hedding. <br /> <br />Hornbostel stated she would also like to support Mr. Hedding. <br /> <br />Davidson asked for any further comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. By a 6-0 vote Larry Robert Hedding was <br />appointed the Ward III Council seat. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that Mr. Hedding would be sworn in at the February <br />4, 1992 Council Meeting.
