It's a convenience item for the customers. <br />This will be the largest King Soopers that we have. <br /> <br />Davidson closed the Public Hearing and asked Council for a motion. <br /> <br />Howard moved that the local licensing authority of the City of <br />Louisville, based on the evidence presented at the Public Hearing <br />held March 4, 1992, find that the applicant is qualified to hold a <br />3.2% Retail Beer License for off premises consumption and that the <br />inhabitants of the neighborhood desire that the license be granted <br />based on the testimony of the applicant, petitions filed with the <br />local licensing authority, and other witnesses, if there were any. <br />Based on these findings, the local licensing authority for the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado grant approval for the issuance of the <br />license applied for. Seconded by Sisk. The Agreement included a provision that <br />the Helmses be reimbursed one-half of the outside city limits water <br />fee which was passed by the City Council.
