Griffiths:

right up to the sidewalk, I'd be
concerned about maintenance such as
snowplowing.

If the City decides to sell this
property, it would be under a series
of conditions that would permit
adequate access and place the burden
of that onto the property owner not
on the City.

Hornbostel:

Is there a general agreement amongst
all of the property owners that if a
given price was set, everyone would
be willing to pay that? If all of
the property owners don't agree,
then Council is back to square one.
My concern is the drainage. If
someone puts in a wall or new
landscaping that might change the
drainage, the City cannot be held
responsible.

Lin:

I am on the Landscape Committee and
I have read through all of the
CC&R's and all the other documents
that were filed with the PUD. There
are very definite legal guidelines
for what you can do regarding
drainage from your house to
established drainage channels
between houses, enforceable by the
Homeowner's Association. Also, we
have a unanimous agreement among the
six property owners that they are
agreeable to pay up to the highest
appraisal value to acquire the
property.

Hedding:

Do you have any idea what the fair
market value was of an acre out
their one to two years ago?

Lin:

I moved in 18 months ago, so I don't
have any idea.

John Paul Ohannessian, 686 Manorwood Lane, Louisville, CO.

Ohannessian:

Lot 22 was $40,000.00.

Lin:

Remaining lots along the Golf Course
