Any person who violates the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the penalty as provided in section 1 28.010 of this Code Sec. 8.56.080. Enforcement. E. Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $300 00 for each separate offense, and may be enjoined from any further or continued violation thereof. In determining the sentence to be imposed, the judge shall consider the frequency and duration of the violation, the size of the establishment, whether it was knowing or not, and other relevant factors. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Sec. 9.22.120. Violation; penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned not more than one year. Sec. 9.34.040. Operation of construction equipment. D. Any violation of the time limitation set out in a building permit shall be subject to stop orders and other remedies provided in the city building code in effect at the time. In addition, any person who violates any such time limitation may be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed one year or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this section is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person shall be a separate offense. Sec. 9.60.010. Failure to return Library material. It is unlawful for any person to fail to return any book, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, photograph or any other items or material belonging to the public library of the city within 30 days after receipt of a written overdue notice requesting the return of the item or items. Violators of this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the replacement cost of the material not returned. Sec. 9.92.060. Violation; penalty. A. Any person who violates section 9.92.020 shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010.
