imprisonment not exceeding 90 days per violation, or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. <br />Sec. 14.16.100. Enforcement of rules. <br />The director and any law enforcement officer acting in the line of duty shall diligently <br />enforce the provisions of this title, and shall have the authority to eject from any park, <br />building or recreation facility any person acting in violation of these rules and regulations. <br />Further, any law enforcement officer may issue a summons to municipal court for violation <br />of any of the provisions of this title, subject to the penalties as set forth in section 1.28.010 of <br />this Code. The director shall have the authority to deny use of parks, buildings or recreational <br />facilities to individuals or groups who refuse to comply with the provisions of this title and <br />regulations promulgated under this title. <br />Sec. 14.20.200. Violation; penalty. <br />Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation <br />of this chapter and shall be subject to the provisions of section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.04.120. Violations and penalties. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, <br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain <br />any building or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in <br />this chapter Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the <br />provisions of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject <br />to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.04.130. Fireplace installation. <br />B. It is unlawful for any person to install or construct any new or remodeled fireplace <br />which does not comply with this section. Any person violating this section shall be subject to <br />the penalty provided in section 1 28 010. <br />Sec. 15.08.040.
