The director and any law enforcement officer acting in the line of duty shall diligently enforce the provisions of this title, and shall have the authority to eject from any park, building or recreation facility any person acting in violation of these rules and regulations. Further, any law enforcement officer may issue a summons to municipal court for violation of any of the provisions of this title, subject to the penalties as set forth in section 1.28.010 of this Code. The director shall have the authority to deny use of parks, buildings or recreational facilities to individuals or groups who refuse to comply with the provisions of this title and regulations promulgated under this title. Sec. 14.20.200. Violation; penalty. Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the provisions of section 1.28.010.
