section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.12.080. Violation and penalties. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, <br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain <br />any building or structure or cause ,or permit such work to be done in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter. <br />Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of <br />the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in <br />section 1.28.010 <br />Sec. 15.16.050. Violations and penalties. <br />It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, <br />repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any <br />plumbing or cause or permit such work to be done, in violation of the provisions of this <br />chapter or the terms of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter. Any person <br />convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of the code <br />adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in section <br />1.28.010. <br />Sec. 15.20.140. Section 26.10 added --General penalty clause. <br />The following penalty as set forth in full is adopted for the mobile home code: <br />Section 26.10 General Penalty Clause <br />No person shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of <br />Louisville. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of <br />the City of Louisville, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of <br />the City of Louisville, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or by <br />imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during <br />any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of Louisville, <br />Colorado, is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished <br />accordingly <br />Sec. 15.24.170.
