Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. Sec. 16.28.030. Violation; penalty. Any subdivider who violates any of the provisions of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. Sec. 17.20.160. Parking limitations on front and side yards. C. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation and for each calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed. Sec. 17.52.150. Penalty for violation. The owner or owners of any building or buildings or premises or part thereof where anything in violation of this title exists or is placed or maintained; any architect, builder, or contractor who assists in the commission of any such violation; and all persons or corporations who violate or maintain any violation of any of the provisions of this title or who fail to comply therewith or with any requirements thereof or who build in violation of any statement or plan submitted and approved thereunder, for each and every violation or noncompliance, shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010 Sec. 17.68.260. Enforcement. G. Violation and penalty It shall be unlawful: 1. For any person to do or perform, or cause to be done or performed, any act or thing prohibited by the terms of this chapter, or prohibited by any lawful orders of regulations issued pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter. 2. For any person to fail to do or perform or cause to be omitted or not performed any act or thing required to be done by this chapter, or by any lawful regulation or order issued under any of the provisions hereof. If any person including but not limited to the officers and agents of a corporation responsible for its actions or inaction, and the partners, or members of a partnership, firm or joint venture, shall violate or cause the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, they and each of them shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which a violation is committed, permitted, or continues.
