the City of Louisville, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of
<br />the City of Louisville, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 00 or by
<br />imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.
<br />Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during
<br />any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of Louisville,
<br />Colorado, is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished
<br />accordingly.
<br />Sec. 15.28.030. Violation and penalties.
<br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge,
<br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain
<br />any building or structure or cause or permit the such work to be done in violation of the
<br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter.
<br />Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of
<br />the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in
<br />section 1.28.010.
<br />Sec. 15.36.030. Violation and penalties.
<br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge,
<br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain
<br />any building or structure or cause or permit the such work to be done in violation of the
<br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter.
<br />Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of
<br />the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in
<br />section 1.28.010.
