B. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day <br />during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the city is <br />committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly. <br />C. A child under 18 years of age convicted of violating a mumcipal ordinance, found <br />to be in violation of lawful order of the municipal court, may be confined as provided in state <br />law. <br />Sec. 2.76.190. Violation; penalty. <br />Any person who violates or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this <br />chapter, or the rules and regulations adopted by the city council regulating the cemetery, shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable as provided in section 1 28.010. <br />Sec. 2.80.060. Enforcement. <br />F. A person who is convicted of false reporting of a complaint under this section <br />shall be punished as provided in chapter 1.28 of this Code, except that any fine imposed <br />under such section shall not be less than $200.00. <br />Sec. 2.80.080. Penalties. <br />A public officer or employee who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions <br />of sections 2.80.030 through 2.80.050 shall be punished as provided in chapter 1.28 of this <br />Code, except that any fine imposed under such section shall not be less than $200 00. <br />Sec. 2.90.110. Enforcement. <br />D. A public officer or employee who knowingly violates this chapter shall be <br />punished as provided in chapter 1.28 of this Code, except that any fine imposed under such <br />section shall not be less than $200 00. <br />F.
