conviction thereof, be subject to the provisions of section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 5.12.350. Violation; penalty. <br />A. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, <br />improve, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure in the <br />city, or to cause the such work to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions <br />of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed <br />guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the penalty provided in section <br />1.28.010. <br />B. The suspension or revocation of any license, permit, or privilege conferred by the <br />city shall not be deemed a penalty for the purposes of this section. <br />Sec. 5.16.150. Violation; penalty. <br />Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation <br />hereof and shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 5.18.040. Unlawful acts. <br />It shall be unlawful for a licensee, manager or employee to violate any of the <br />requirements of this chapter or to knowingly permit any patron to violate the requirements of <br />this chapter <br />Sec. 6.04.030. Penalty. <br />Violation of any provision of this chapter is civil for which imprisonment is not a <br />possible penalty and for which the sole penalty provided shall be a fine. Any person who <br />shall violate any provision of this chapter against whom judgment is entered shall be subject <br />to a fine of not more than $500 00 and shall not be subject to imprisonment on account of <br />such judgment. For any violation of any provision of this chapter, the court may enter a <br />judgment of liability by default against the defendant for failure to appear or to pay, and may <br />assess such penalty, together with such court costs and surcharges, as are established by law <br />Sec. 8.08.050.
